Terms of Service

Pulsit is a digital service developed and provided by Hillstream AB (reg. no 556963-9304), which is the legal counterparty for subscriptions, payments and use of the service.

1. Parties

These terms apply between Hillstream AB, reg. no 556963-9304 ("Hillstream", "we"), which provides the Pulsit service, and you as the customer ("Customer") who subscribes to the service.

2. The service

Pulsit is a SaaS platform for independent practitioners in yoga, training, breathwork, pilates and coaching. The service is provided "as is" and is continuously developed.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan (Basic, Pro or Premium). Fees are charged in advance and renewed automatically. Prices are stated excluding VAT.

4. Customer obligations

  • Provide accurate information at registration.
  • Use the service in accordance with applicable law and these terms.
  • Take responsibility for content published via the service.
  • Do not store sensitive personal data in Pulsit, such as medical records, diagnoses, health data, national identity numbers or insurance details. Pulsit is not a medical records system and must not be used as one.

5. Intellectual property

Pulsit retains all rights to the platform, source code and trademark. The Customer retains the rights to their own content.

6. Personal data

Processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy and a separate data processing agreement when the Customer processes data via the service.

7. Limitation of liability

Pulsit is not liable for indirect damage or loss of profit. Total liability is limited to the fees the Customer has paid during the past twelve (12) months.

8. Termination

The Customer may terminate the agreement with one month's notice to the end of the next billing period. Pulsit may terminate the agreement on material breach.

9. Governing law

Swedish law applies. Disputes are resolved by a general court, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.
